My Story
I originate from rural Virginia by way of Texas. Having earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and my graduate degree from Howard University, I fell in love with the city and have spent the last 15+ years enjoying the DC Metropolitan Area.
As a mental health advocate and diversity equity and inclusion champion. I am a transformational leader, speaker, coach, and consultant empowering corporate and religious groups around the globe. One of my most notable feits was leading DE&I of the Global Retail Media Team at Microsoft.
Throughout my career I have been passionate about holistic health and wellness, and have supported leaders, employees, students, parishioners, and more to own their personal, professional, and spiritual growth and development. I empowered some of the most brilliant minds in technology and throughout the world to grant grace and space to our overachieving perfectionism. We should acknowledge our humanity, appreciate our collective commonalities, and embrace the individual beauty of our differences. For it is in these moments that power can be found in our vulnerability. It is through that power that we can turn our pain into impactful purpose, and transform the communities and the world around us.

My Mission
My mission is to create inclusive and thriving environments where diversity is celebrated, women in tech are empowered, innovative AI technologies are understood, cultures are transformed, leadership thrives, and mental health and wellness are prioritized. Through engaging and thought-provoking presentations, workshops, and trainings, I aim to spark meaningful conversations, foster growth, and inspire positive action. Additionally, I aim to ignite hearts and minds through the power of words and music. I believe that by combining impactful speaking with soul-stirring vocal performances, we can create transformative moments that touch lives and elevate any occasion. Whether it's a corporate event or a cherished celebration, my aim is to leave a lasting impression and evoke emotions through my talents. I want to start important dialogues, encourage growth, and motivate constructive action through entertaining and thought-provoking conversations, presentations, seminars, and trainings.
